The Brockton Child Care Centre provides day care programs for children from fifteen months up to ten years of age. The Brockton Child Care Centre is located at St. Teresa of Calcutta Catholic School, 81 Cemetery Road, Walkerton.

| Application for Waiting List |
| The County of Bruce and The County of Grey have implemented a new way to apply for a position on the waiting list. The One List Bruce County is an online child care application system that simplifies the process of finding and applying to child care. You must create an account to register on a waiting list at Brockton Child Care Centre. Once the account is activated, you provide your information and place your name on our waiting list. Once a space comes available you will be contacted. |
| Licensing |
| Our Centre is licensed by the Ontario Ministry of Education which means we must meet all regulations in the Child Care and Early Years Act. The 2024 Child Care Centre Licensing Manual is available to view on the Province of Ontario's website. |

On December 4, 2020, Representatives of the Municipality of Brockton and Bruce-Grey Catholic District School Board will be present for the official opening ceremony and blessing of the new Brockton Child Care Centre Addition at St. Teresa of Calcutta Catholic School in Walkerton. Contractor Allen-Hastings Limited completed the project November 20, 2020, and Brockton Child Care Centre was able to begin using the new spaces November 23, 2020. The project, funded by the Ministry of Education, provided two additional childcare rooms to support a toddler room and a preschool room, creating 39 additional spaces for the child care. On February 16, 2018 the Bruce-Grey Catholic District School Board (BGCDSB), in partnership with the Municipality of Brockton and the County of Bruce, announced that the Ministry of Education approved full funding for an additional two classrooms to St. Teresa of Calcutta Catholic School to expand the Brockton Child Care Centre. The expansion will help address the growing demand for space at our Centre. Planning and construction will commence in 2018, with completion projected for 2019.
