Council Meeting Highlights - May 12, 2026

• Additional information on the Saugeen Municipal Airport’s development proposal was provided. Council supported in principle the Airport’s development concept and proposed airport uses.
• Council considered public feedback on the Municipal dog park, and chose to relocate the pilot dog park to the Rail Trail with future options to be explored.
• The Treasurer provided a Statement summarizing the Development Charges collected in 2025.
• The new draft Brockton Comprehensive Zoning By-Law will be presented at the May 26, 2026 Council Meeting.

• The next regular Council Meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Bruce County Council Chambers and electronically on Zoom and livestreamed to the Municipality of Brockton's Agenda Management Software, eScribe. Brockton Council meet the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month at 7:00 p.m. unless otherwise indicated.
