Council Meeting Highlights - September 8, 2026

Information on a possible Pedestrian Priority Area at Scott Street, Walkerton was provided to Council.
Council received information on Brockton’s 2026 Annual Repayment Limit on long-term debt and long-term borrowing capacities.
The 2027 Fees and Charges were approved.
An updated 2027 Budget and Council Meeting Schedule was approved.
The 2026 Bruce County International Plowing Match & Rural Expo was declared a Municipally Significant Event.

The next regular Council Meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Bruce County Council Chambers (30 Park Street, Walkerton) and electronically on Zoom and livestreamed to the Municipality of Brockton's Agenda Management Software, eScribe.
