Council Meeting Highlights - September 29, 2026

• The Brockton Royals 13U Baseball Team were presented with recognition certificates celebrating their 2026 13U D OBA Provincial Championship win!
• Septic Reinspection Program information was provided. More details will come forward about potentially implementing a mandatory program at Lake Rosalind and Marl Lakes.
• Updates on recent Economic Development and Parks and Recreation programs and events were presented.
• Council requested that the MTO review the safety at school bus pickup locations along Highway 9 and Sideroad 5 Greenock and install signage.

Upcoming Meetings

• One Council Meeting will be held in the month of October on Tuesday, October 13, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Bruce County Council Chambers (30 Park Street, Walkerton) and electronically on Zoom and livestreamed to the Municipality of Brockton's Agenda Management Software, eScribe.
• The November 3, 2026 Council Meeting was cancelled. The new 2026-2030 term of Council will be sworn in at the Inaugural Council Meeting on Tuesday, November 17, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Bruce County Council Chambers (30 Park Street, Walkerton) and electronically on Zoom and livestreamed to the Municipality of Brockton's Agenda Management Software, eScribe.

Brockton Council meet the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month at 7:00 p.m. unless otherwise indicated.
