Council Meeting Highlights - April 14, 2026

• Council requested more information on alternative locations for Brockton’s dog park.
• A 10 month draft plan extension for the proposed Barry’s Construction Subdivision was approved.
• A Court Security and Prisoner Transportation Grant funding update was provided. Council encouraged continued advocacy efforts to reduce the cost to Brockton taxpayers.
• 2026 Municipal and School Board Election information was provided including voting help centre hours.

• The next regular Council Meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 28, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Bruce County Council Chambers and electronically on Zoom and livestreamed to the Municipality of Brockton's Agenda Management Software, eScribe.

Brockton Council meet the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month at 7:00 p.m. unless otherwise indicated.
