Career Opportunities: Food Booth Attendants and Facilities Maintainers
The Municipality of Brockton invites qualified applicants for the following positions in our Community Services (Parks and Recreation) Department:
- Seasonal Part-Time Food Booth Attendants
- Seasonal/Part-Time Facilities Maintainers
Seasonal Part-Time Food Booth Attendants:
This position will be starting in September 2026 and conclude no later than April 2027. This position is responsible for operating the Walkerton Arena Food Booth by preparing and serving the posted menu items. There is the ability to cross train as a Facilities Maintainer and work in both roles for the winter.
Seasonal/Part-Time Facilities Maintainers:
This position will be starting in September 2026 and conclude no later than April 2027. This position is responsible for keeping the arena clean and supporting the Facilities and Parks Operators while cleaning the ice. This position will also provide a variety of building and grounds maintenance, and performing routine inspection services for the safety and convenience of the public. There is the ability to cross train as a Food Booth Attendant and work in both roles for the winter.
