BASWRA Municipal Services Corporation Business Case Review Public Survey

Bruce Area Solid Waste Recycling (BASWR), in collaboration with its member municipalities, is undertaking a review of how waste and recycling services are delivered and governed. This review will support the development of a business case to help municipal Councils evaluate options to ensure services remain effective, sustainable, and responsive to community needs.

As part of this work, residents and service users are invited to participate in a public survey to share their experiences and perspectives on waste and recycling services. Your input will help identify what is working well today, where there may be opportunities for improvement, and what matters most to the community. The survey will take approximately 10–15 minutes to complete and is completely anonymous. All responses will be reported in aggregate form and will be used to inform analysis and decision making as part of this review.
