Significant Weather Event Declared - January 23, 2026

As of Noon on January 23, 2026, the Municipality of Brockton has declared a Significant Weather Event in accordance with Ontario Regulation 366/18. All roads and sidewalks maintained by the Municipality will be in a "state of repair" until further notice. This declaration is not a notice of closed roads and the Municipality of Brockton remains diligent in providing continued winter maintenance to ensure public safety. Drivers and pedestrians are encouraged to use an appropriate level of caution when travelling during this event.

All Municipality of Brockton Facilities will be closed as of 2:00 p.m. today (January 23, 2026) due to weather conditions and road closures throughout the area. Municipal Offices will reopen on Monday, January 26, 2026.
