Council Meeting Highlights - June 24, 2025

• Votes and feedback for Cargill, Chepstow, and Elmwood settlement area brands were reviewed. Additional community input will occur prior to deciding on the final logos.
• Terms of Reference were adopted for the 2026 International Plowing Match Municipal Executive Working Group.
• A Traffic and Parking By-Law amendment was adopted restricting parking at Lake Rosalind Road 2 and 2A as recommended by the Lake Rosalind Property Owners Association.
• Council received an update on the upcoming Provincial blue box recycling transition in 2026. More information on the impacts of this transition will be brought forward in the future.

• The Tuesday, July 15, 2025 Council Meeting will be held at 7:00 p.m. at the Bruce County Council Chambers (30 Park Street, Walkerton) and electronically on Zoom Video Conferencing and livestreamed to the Municipality of Brockton's Agenda Management Software, eSCRIBE.
• The Tuesday, August 12, 2025 Council Meeting will be held at 7:00 p.m. at the Bruce County Council Chambers (30 Park Street, Walkerton) and electronically on Zoom Video Conferencing and livestreamed to the Municipality of Brockton's Agenda Management Software, eSCRIBE.

Brockton Council meet the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month at 7:00 p.m. unless otherwise indicated.
