Council and Committee Meetings

Currently, Council and Committee Meetings are being broadcast via hybrid meeting in-person at the Bruce County Council Chambers (30 Park Street, Walkerton) and electronically through Zoom Video Conferencing, and livestreamed to the Municipality of Brockton's Agenda Management Software, eSCRIBE. After the Council Meetings are adjourned, the recordings are available to view on the Municipality's online Council and Committee Meeting Calendar.

All Council Meeting Agendas are posted to our Current Council Meeting Agenda page, and our online Council and Committee Meeting Calendar through the website.

Our online Council and Committee Meeting Calendar on our website contains meeting information, agendas, and minutes. Minutes are uploaded to the website as soon as they are available following approval by Council. A PDF copy of the Council Meeting Calendar is also available for download through the link below.

Municipality of Brockton Council Agendas, and Minutes

The Municipality of Brockton provides access to our Council Agendas, Council Minutes (including the Committee of Adjustment and Court of Revision) through our records management filing system. 

• Agendas, and Minutes are all located under the Library Public Access Folder.
• Our Council Agendas, Committee of Adjustment Agendas, Court of Revision Agendas, Council Minutes, Committee of Adjustment Minutes, and Court of Revision Minutes are filed in order of Year (2019 to present).

Unfortunately, our Records Library is experiencing an error with our Records Library not displaying on certain browsers and devices. We are working on repairing this error. Thank you for your patience.
