Summer Camp 2023 Registration Opens: March 21

We've been busy working on our Summer Camp schedule! More activities and trips to be announced. Stay tuned!

Weekly Summer Camp Activities 

Fun Food Fridays

Campers will participate in food related activities every Friday! Edible treats can be eaten at camp or taken home. 

Additionally, campers will have the option to purchase special lunches on Friday's from a variety of restaurants.

Swimming

Campers will have the chance to swim weekly at Centennial Pool! Check our calendar for swimming dates. Please send your camper to camp with their bathing suit and towel daily. 

*Swim Camp swims daily.

Library Visits

Every Friday camp will visit the Walkerton Public Library and participate in TD Summer Reading Club. 

Campers are encouraged to bring their library cards on Fridays to check-out books. 

Don't have a library card? No problem! Forms are available for campers to complete prior to our visits to apply for card.

Week One: Extreme Adventures

Monday July 3 - Friday July 7

Join us for a week of EXTREMES!!! From testing your orienteering skills, rope course abilities to testing your brain this week will provide your camper with the the extremists of the EXTREMES!

Campers will get to participate in the ultimate summer camp experience at Camp Kintail! Low and High Ropes (Gr 4+), Fire Building, and Gaga Ball. 

Ages 6-12

Week Two: Amazing Animals

Monday July 10 - Friday July 14

E-I-O, E-I-O, E-I-O! Campers will become animal experts after this week of camp! Between cow, therapy dog and Zoo to You visits this a great week for animal lovers!

Week Three: Swim Camp

Monday July 17 - Friday July 21

Join our camp and aquatic staff for a week a Centennial Pool! Swimmers participate in a variety of activities including a full session of swimming lessons, swimming water games, offsite activities and SO MUCH MORE! 

Passing is not guaranteed. Swimmers unable to pass the facility swim test, may be required to wear lifejackets.

Explore Nature with our Summer Camp Leaders! Campers will participate in a number of outdoor activities this week including; a visit from Saugeen Conservation, our staff Horticulturist and a special trip to the Bluewater Outdoor Education Centre.

Campers will catch a flick on the big screen and enjoy that delicious movie theatre popcorn!
