Notice of Public Meeting Development Charges Study and By-Law

The Municipality of Brockton is holding a public meeting to discuss implementing a Development Charges By-law. Development charges are fees on new developments that fund growth-related costs to the Municipality, as governed by the Development Charges Act, 1997. This By-law will set out the new development charge rates. A public meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 24, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. at the Bruce County Council Chambers, 30 Park Street, Walkerton, ON N0G 2V0.
