Council Meeting Highlights - March 5, 2024
- Deputy Mayor James Lang resigned his seat on Brockton Council leaving a vacancy in the Deputy Mayor position.
- Council received an update on the Development Charges Study. Stakeholder Meetings and Public Meetings will occur in the future.
- The Municipality has submitted applications to the R.E.D. Grant and Housing Enabling Water Systems Fund.
- A Drop-In Shinny Hockey Fee was approved.
- Brockton, Hanover, and West Grey Councils will hold a Special Council Meeting on April 17, 2024 regarding the Saugeen Municipal Airport.
Upcoming Council Meeting
The March 26, 2024 Council Meeting will occur at 7:00 p.m. at the Bruce County Council Chambers (30 Park Street, Walkerton). The meeting will be held in a hybrid format in-person at the Council Chambers and electronically on Zoom and livestreamed to the Municipality of Brockton's Agenda Management Software, eSCRIBE.

Brockton Council meet the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month at 7:00 p.m. unless otherwise indicated.
