Are you an enthusiastic, energetic and motivated individual? Want to make a difference in Brockton by being an advocate of healthy living through sport, fitness and recreation. The Municipality of Brockton is looking for Recreation Instructors and/or Organizations to plan, supervise and deliver exciting recreational programming for our community.

Including but not limited to:
- Fitness Instructors
- Children’s programming lead
- Music Instructors
- Sports Leaders
- STEM Programs
- Art & Cultural programming
Qualifications / Knowledge & Skills Required
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Current Standard First Aid & CPR C/AED.
- Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Security Check.
- Minimum 16 years of age.
- Additional qualifications relevant to programming needs
- i.e. Can Fit Pro Certification or equivalent for fitness programs
- i.e. Education / background in arts, STEM, sports, etc.
- High Five – PHCD or PHA considered an asset

- Enter into a Service Agreement with the Municipality of Brockton. See details in “Become an Instructor Guide” and submit a Program Proposal to the Programming Coordinator at any time.
- As a Brockton Employee – Want to join our team?
