Battery Energy Storage System Proposal Not Accepted by IESO

The IESO have concluded their evaluation of proposals for the Long-Term 1 Request for Proposals. Alectra and Convergent had submitted a proposal to create a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) in the former Township of Greenock. The IESO did NOT accept Alectra and Convergent's Battery Energy Storage proposal for Greenock, so this project will no longer be proceeding during this round of IESO procurements.
