The Great Canadian Shoreline Cleanup

Brockton's Environmental Advisory Committee is hosting a clean-up of local shoreline from Tim Horton's to Lobies Park on Saturday, Sept. 19, 2009 at 1:30 pm and we encourage you to join us in this nationwide program which aims to protect the health and beauty of Canada's waterways.

Helping at the cleanup means you'll not only be taking part in one of Canada's largest conservation initiatives, but you'll also be making the shoreline habitat cleaner and safer for the animals that live there and the people who use our trails. It's easy, it's fun, and it's good for our environment.

Gloves will be provided or you may bring your own.
