WEEKLY HOUSEHOLD WASTE pickup for the BRANT Ward of Brockton is on TUESDAYS and BI-WEEKLY RECYCLING pickup on alternating TUESDAYS.
WEEKLY HOUSEHOLD WASTE pickup for the GREENOCK Ward of Brockton
is on FRIDAYS and BI-WEEKLY RECYCLING pickup on alternating FRIDAYS.
HOUSEHOLD WASTE pickup for the Ward of Walkerton is as follows:
Tuesday - West of Yonge St. and Valleyside
Wednesday – East of Yonge St.
BI-WEEKLY RECYCLING pickup for the Ward of Walkerton is on Thursdays
RECYCLING SCHEDULE 2010
The household waste service is provided by Bruce Sales and Service of Chesley (phone #363-3811). Recyclable services are provided by Bruce Area Solid Waste Recycling Association – BASWRA (phone #797-5557 or 1-800-794-9770).
Bag tags must be affixed to household garbage bags. The price per tag is $1.50 with a maximum allowable weight per bag of 40 lbs.
Household waste pickup commences at 7:00 a.m. – Recycling at 8:00 a.m.
Please ensure that the placement of household waste and recycling blue boxes does not interfere with rural mail delivery.

BRANT: April 1st to Oct. 31st - Tuesdays & Saturdays 9am-5pm
Nov. 1st to March 31st - Saturdays only 9am - 5pm
GREENOCK: April 1st to Oct. 31st - Wed. & Sat. 9am to 5pm
Nov. 1st to March 31st - Saturdays only 9am - 5pm
HANOVER-WALKERTON: Tuesday to Saturday 8am - 3pm
