Advance Telephone and Internet Voting Polls - Vote Early!

In 2014 Electors can choose the voting method that is best for them; phone, cell phone, the web or use the touch screen computer station located at the Municipal Office.

When?

  • Advance Polls Open: Monday, October 20, 2014 - 8:30 a.m.
  • Advance Polls Close: Monday, October 27, 2014 - 8:00 p.m.

Where?

  • Brucelea Haven Residents - Tuesday, October 21 from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.
  • Maple Court Villa Residents - Thursday, October 23 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.

What Will I Need?

You will need your Voter Information Letter and your Date of Birth to vote by telephone or online.

Please contact the Voter Help Line if you do not receive your Voter Information Letter by Friday, October 17. 

If you receive more than one Voter Information Letter, vote only once and return all other Voter Information Letters to the Clerk at the Municipal Office.

How to Vote Electronically

Telephone Voting

  • Step 1 Have your Voter Information Letter handy for reference during telephone voting.
  • Step 2 Call 1-866-957-1829
  • Step 3 Enter your Voter ID and PIN from your Voter Information Letter; enter your Date of Birth.
  • Step 4 Follow the prompts to cast your ballot and vote in each race. The back of your Voter Information Letter includes a list of candidates.

NOTE: If a voter owns property at more than one location in the Municipality, they may only vote once.

Online Voting

Are you wondering how to vote online? View our instructional video on internet voting.

  • Step 1 Have your Voter Information Letter handy for reference during online voting.
  • Step 2 Visit https://www.intvoting.com/Brockton2014
  • Step 3 Enter your Voter ID and PIN from your Voter Information Letter; enter your Date of Birth
  • Step 4 Follow the prompts to cast your ballot and vote in each race. The back of your Voter Information Letter includes a list of candidates.
  • Step 5 Once you are happy with your selection(s), press the "Vote Now" button. After this button is pressed, you can no longer make any changes, you are crossed off the Voter's List and your PIN cannot be used again.

Voting Day - Monday, October 27, 2014

When?

  • Paper Polls Open: Monday, October 27, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. 
  • Paper Polls Close: Monday, October 27, 2014 at 8:00 p.m.

Where?

All Brockton Voters will be voting at the Walkerton Legion and may vote at any Poll once the proper identification has been provided.

What Will I Need?

You will need your Voter Information Letter and Acceptable ID to vote.

Please contact the Voter Help Line if you do not receive your Voter Information Letter by Friday, October 17.

If you receive more than one Voter Information Letter, vote only once and return all other Voter Information Letters to the Clerk at the Municipal Office.
