Cargill Community Centre


The Cargill Community Centre is owned by the Municipality of Brockton and the Cargill District Community Fund operates the Centre.

Hall Fees

  • $325.00 per day (Hall Rental Only) + HST
  • $225.00 Celebration of Life (Funeral) + HST
  • $60.00 per hour (up to 3 hours) + HST
  • $45.00  meeting room Maximum 3 hours + HST
  • Weddings/Large events: $75.00 per day for decoration/set up +HST
  • $100.00 non-refundable deposit + HST
  • Chandelier for center of hall $75.00 + HST
  • Extra staging (4'x8') $15.00 per section + HST


  • Open Case of 24 Beer or Cooler  $5.00 plus tax
  • Dispensed/Open 40 oz of Liquor  $15.00 plus tax, Includes mix, ice and cups
  • Wine  $50.00 to dispense
  • $15.00 per hour Bar Steward Fee
  • Security for Special Occasion Permits if required 


  • Coffee perk and small utensils: $100.00 + HST
  • Perk, utensils and large appliances: $200.00+ HST
  • Full usage (150-300 people): $350.00+ HST

Licensed Events

Renters for licensed events (where alcohol will be served) must ensure their compliance with Brockton's Municipal Alcohol Policy and must provide proof of Public Alcohol Liability Insurance.

All mix/ice/cups supplied by Cargill District Community Fund and charged accordingly
