MINOR VARIANCE

Minor variance applications are available at the Municipal Office, or click here to print (must be on legal size paper). The completed application must be submitted to the Municipal Office along with a fee of $345.00.

A notice of the application for a minor variance and the date of the Public Meeting of the Committee of Adjustment to rule on the application will be sent to all property owners within a 60m radius of the property in question. SEVERENCES / ZONING & OFFICIAL PLAN AMENDMENTS

Applications for Severences, Zoning Amendments and Official Plan Amendments are available at the Municipal Office or from the County of Bruce Planning Department located at 30 Park Street, Walkerton. These applications, along with the appropriate fee, must be submitted to the County of Bruce Planning Department.
